Returns & Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or a defect shows up once it is in use, we replace it right away.

If you no longer want a product, you have 30 days from receipt to return it. After 30 days we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Gift cards can't be returned.

You pay the shipping cost to send a return back, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Ship returns by FedEx to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to confirm and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. If a refund seems late, check with your bank or card company first, then contact us.
